Privacy Policy
My Volunteer Pathway is committed to protecting the privacy of all users, particularly minors. We collect only the personal information necessary to operate the platform and comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy legislation, including the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Sensitive information is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Terms of Service
By creating an account and using My Volunteer Pathway, you agree to use the platform in good faith, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable Canadian laws. Organizations agree not to misrepresent volunteer opportunities. Volunteers and organizations may have their accounts suspended or terminated for violations of these terms. My Volunteer Pathway reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
